The BRT HARTNER SC Coarse Screen is a reliable, robust and durable solution for sorting waste paper and cardboard. The cardboard "floats" over the screen. The mixed paper is
pulled down by the rotor screen disks.
The coarse screen is available with two or three screen decks, depending on the desired throughput capacity. As each deck has its own drive motor, the speed of each individual screen deck can be optimally adjusted via frequency control.
The electric geared motors are driven by chains and chain pinions.
Due to their special rubber compound, the disks have enough grip to move the cardboard over the screen to the upper discharge point.
